Christopher Robert Evans is an American actor. His career began with television parts, which included Opposite Sext in 2000. In the following years, he appeared in numerous film for teens, such as 2001's Not Another Teen Movie he gained attention for his portrayal of Marvel Comics characters such as the Human Torch in 2005's Fantastic Four and the sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans continued to appear in films that were based on comics: TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) Snowpiercer The Snowpiercer(2013). The film gained him more recognition due to his role as Steve Rogers / Captain America in several Marvel Cinematic Universe films namely Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) and Captain America: Civil War as well as the ensemble film The Avengers Age of Ultron (2015) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019). He became one of the highest paid actors around the globe due to his role in the Marvel franchise.
